The event, which spotlights the accomplishments of female beauty bosses, is celebrating a milestone itself — its 50th anniversary.

Reshma Saujani, founder of Girls Who Code and CEO of Moms First, will deliver the keynote at the awards luncheon on April 30 in NYC, which are presented in partnership with Dotdash Meredith (People’s publisher).

"We are incredibly proud to celebrate 50 years of trailblazing women who have shaped the industry, driven innovation, and paved the way for future generations,” Carlotta Jacobson, President of CEW, shares in a press release. "These awards are a powerful tribute to the game-changers and disruptors willing to break barriers, spark change, and leave a lasting legacy."

Ahead of the event, these leaders told People their go-to beauty tips and favorite products.
